Where we started
We are Matthew and Cian.
Best friends for the last seven years and the founders of Founders Club. We became close while living in Australia, two young lads far from home, figuring life out together. We bonded in the places that mattered to us at the time: the gym, nights out and long conversations about the universe.
We clicked because we saw life the same way. We’re both ambitious, we both question things, and we don’t just accept how things are meant to be. We value hard work, honesty and personal growth - those shared values shaped our friendship long before Founders ever existed.
Over time, that friendship turned into a shared desire to build something of our own. We wanted a creative outlet that felt true to who we are and the life we’re trying to build, something that represented our mindset, not just another product.
Where we are now
Where we are now is the result of the last twelve months of real work behind the scenes.
We’ve spent that time building Founders from ground up, learning as we went, making mistakes and figuring things out the hard way. We tested different manufacturers, handled samples, redesigned pieces and went back to the drawing board more times than we can count, all to make sure what we were creating actually matched our standards.
We did all of this while both working demanding full time jobs, fitting calls, decisions and deadlines into early mornings, late nights and weekends. It hasn’t been glamorous but it’s been honest, and today, as we launch Founders Club, it feels right to finally share what we’ve been quietly building.
Where we're going
Where we’re going is bigger than jewellery.
Founders Club is only just beginning, for us the pieces are really just the starting point. What we actually want to build is a community of men who are serious about how they show up in the world, how they think and how they grow.
We want Founders to be a space where ambition is normal, where hard conversations are welcomed and where men feel supported in becoming better versions of themselves. That means exclusive drops, shared experiences, and real conversations through the QR code community, events, and talks with people who have built something meaningful.
Ultimately, we’re building Founders for men who refuse to drift through life. Men who take responsibility, back themselves and believe the world really is theirs to shape.
