Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, launches, or promotions, dispatch may take up to 5 business days. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:

Ireland: 1–3 business days

United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

EU: 5–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
All delivery times depend on the courier and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, strikes, customs processing, carrier delays, or logistical disruptions.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. It is your responsibility to monitor delivery using the tracking information provided.
Delivery and responsibility
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier. Founders Club is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If an item is marked as delivered by the courier, Founders Club is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage thereafter.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any redelivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Customs and duties
For orders shipped outside Ireland, the customer may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at founder@foundersclub.ie with your order number and tracking reference, and we will investigate with the courier.
