Founders Club jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver with either gold or platinum coating (plating). While our products are designed to be durable, high-quality, and suitable for everyday wear, they are not indestructible and require proper care and responsible use.

Our jewellery is intended for decorative wear only and is not designed, tested, or certified for any other purpose. Founders Club products must not be placed in the mouth, chewed, or swallowed. They are not toys and should be kept away from children, infants, and pets at all times.

Plated finishes may naturally change over time due to normal wear, friction, exposure to moisture, perfumes, sweat, chemicals, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, or environmental conditions. This is not considered a defect but a normal characteristic of plated jewellery.

Founders Club does not accept liability for damage, injury, or loss arising from misuse, improper care, accidents, or failure to follow reasonable precautions when wearing or handling jewellery.

Customers with known metal sensitivities, allergies, or skin reactions should exercise caution before purchasing or wearing our products. Founders Club cannot guarantee that all individuals will be free from skin reactions.

Our jewellery may contain small components, clasps, links, or fittings that could present a choking hazard if detached. The customer assumes full responsibility for safe use and storage of all items purchased.

By purchasing from Founders Club, you acknowledge and accept that:
– jewellery is a wearable accessory, not a medical or safety device
– plated finishes will naturally evolve with wear
– you are responsible for safe handling, storage, and care of your items

This notice does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Irish or EU law in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
