REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

30-Day Return Window
We operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return.

Requests made outside this 30-day period will not be accepted unless required by law.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and free from any marks, scratches, stretching, or alterations

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging, including inner pouches, protective film, and boxes

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

If any of the above are missing, altered, or damaged, the return may be rejected or a reduced refund may be issued.

How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Items sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Founders Club is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damages, Faults, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

After this period, we may treat the item as accepted in its delivered condition.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalised, engraved, or custom-made jewellery

  • Items that show any signs of wear

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through improper use, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or physical impact

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, contact us before purchase.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or product, return your original item and place a new order once your refund is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

All conditions above still apply: the item must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase included.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Important protections for Founders Club

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet our conditions

  • Deduct from refunds where items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete

  • Refuse returns that appear to have been worn, resized, stretched, or altered

  • Refuse returns submitted after 30 days from delivery

  • Cancel or refuse refunds where return fraud is suspected
